By purchasing or using VoiceTab, you agree to the following terms.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use VoiceTab on your own Mac. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the application.
VoiceTab is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Your purchase grants you access to the version purchased and any updates released for that major version.
VoiceTab requires macOS Sequoia 15.5 or later on Apple Silicon or Intel Mac. It is not available for other operating systems. It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets the requirements before purchasing.
Refund requests are handled through Creem, our payment processor. Please contact v.lunchev@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase if you experience an issue and we will do our best to resolve it.
VoiceTab is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the software will meet your requirements or operate without interruption. Use at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceTab and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VoiceTab after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
